Our Antibacterial Coating Hygienic Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coil is engineered for medical and high-hygiene environments, combining the superior corrosion resistance of a 55% Al-Zn alloy substrate (AZ100-AZ150) with a nano-level antibacterial coating. This coil features a durable paint system (PVDF/HDP) infused with long-acting antibacterial agents (e.g., silver or copper ions), which effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria (e.g., E. coli, S. aureus), fungi, and other pathogens. Ideal for medical facilities, laboratories, and food processing plants, it reduces cross-contamination risks while maintaining excellent formability and aesthetic appeal. Certified to ASTM A792 and ISO 9001, it offers 3-5 times longer service life than standard coated coils in corrosive environments.
